What time is check in?
Check in time is 2.00 pm. This is to give the cleaners sufficient time to have your room ready. If you would like to check in earlier this can be arranged on request, so we can try to have your room ready.
What if I need to check in late?
Please let us know and we will let you know the key pick up details and have your room ready.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes we have 2 medium sized washing machines, 2 dryers and clothes lines and pegs all available free of charge, however you will need to purchase your own washing powder.
Do you have free WiFi?
Yes, guests enjoy free Wi-Fi access at Avana Suites. We believe Wi-Fi is a necessity in this day and age and understand our customers need to stay connected 24/7.
How often do you service the rooms for long term stays?
A quick service is done daily with towels replaced, rubbish removed etc. and a full service, which is a complete clean, is done every other day
Do you have disability units?
Yes, we do have accessible units available. Please contact us directly to confirm availability and ensure your requirements are fully accommodated.
Where is the closest supermarket?
We are 10-15 minutes walk from the local supermarket Pak n Save , Woolworths and 15 minutes walk from petone centre and sea view.
What is the Hotel's cancellation Policy?
Cancellation policies
Flexible Rate Bookings: If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged, . If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total booking will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate Booking: Cannot be cancelled or modified at any stage after the booking is confirmed and are 100% Non-Refundable
